Carbon Footprint

A widespread scientific consensus on climate change says that “temperature increase within the last 50 years has created noticeable effects on human life”

In the World,
Fossil Fuels 81%
Nuclear Energy 2,8%
Renewable Energy 16%

RENEWABLE ENERGY

Renewable energy (sources) is the energy derived from the energy flow available in the ongoing natural processes. These sources can be classified as sunlight, wind, flowing water (hydropower), biological processes and geothermal.

Renewable energy installation costs are reducing. Conventional costs and photovoltaic costs are expected be head to head in Europe in 2013 where conventional electricity unit prices are on the increase.

EUROPEAN UNION ENERGY POLICIES

The Council of Europe set its energy and climate change targets for 2020 in 2007,

Carbon Emission                                                  Renewable Energy                                      Energy Efficiency

EUROPEAN MARKET STUDY (GERMANY)
  • Increased by 10 times in the last 5 years,
  • 3% of the electricity needs is met by the solar energy.
  • 6 million people are managing their own energy.
  • Founded in 2010, PV is equal to 1 nuclear plant capacity. (Phillipsburg)
  • The cost of PV and electricity costs will be the same in 2013.
  • 10% of energy needs will be met from solar energy in 2020.
